Just add, avocado, lime, salt and pepper to a blender and boom! Crowd-pleasing Guac.
Grate 1 small cucumber. Wring out the extra moisture with a paper towel. Add cucumber to a bowl with 1 and a half cups of greek yoghurt. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 2 for all my garlic lover out there. Give it a stir and you're done!
Add 3 cups of steamed broccoli, 3 medium garlic cloves, 1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds, 1/3 Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbl spoons of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of olive oil & 1/2 cup ricotta cheese in a blender or food processor.
